Package 2 – “The Activator”

Designed to offer more “hands-on” strategic support for scaling up your business operations. This package focuses on close collaboration and allows us to work together to curate HR solutions that work best for your brand—so you can keep your eyes on the prize.

Package includes everything from Package one w/ more hands-on direction:

  • HR Forms and training on how to integrate them.

  • Business Support Connections and Initial Set Up Support (Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, 401k, FSA/DCA and Performance Management)

  • Weekly HR Consulting Session (i.e. develop hiring strategy, leadership/executive coaching, identify HR gaps/watch outs)

6 months of support

Employee Relations Consulting – “The Peacemaker”

Goal here is to cultivate strong relationships between you and your team. I will partner with you to find tailored solutions to inevitable workplace conflicts. Focused and intentional adjustments to improving communication channels and enhancing employee engagement can be transformational in setting the stage for a thriving brand culture. (Plus, it’s also just really rewarding!)

Internship Development – “The Rising Stars Club”

This includes 3 Guided Sessions: (1) an introductory call to outline the internship structure and to kickstart recruitment efforts, (2) a follow-up call to evaluate potential candidates after initial outreach done by your team and (3) a final session to iron out program specifics once you’ve identified the best talent.
